About Me

Hi, I’m Paula — but most people call me Coach P. My fitness journey really began after I had my first child in 2009. Like many new moms, I tried it all — workout DVDs, supplements, gadgets from TV commercials — but nothing ever stuck.

It wasn’t until 2020, after having my third child, that something clicked. I didn’t feel like “me” anymore — I felt like I had lost my confidence, my spark, and even my sense of womanhood. I loved being a mom and wife, but deep down, I didn’t feel sexy or strong. That’s when I decided to truly commit to my health.

From inside my own home, I lost 40 pounds in just 5 months. No fancy gym, no magic tricks — just consistency, sweat, and a promise to myself not to give up this time. Eventually, I took that dedication into the gym, fell in love with weight training, and never looked back.

Along the way, I realized my story wasn’t just mine. Other women were struggling with the same battles — wanting to feel confident again, to find themselves beyond their roles, and to know they could reach their goals. That’s when Thrive with P Fit was born.

Since then, I’ve helped over 50 women (and men) — from ages 18 to 70 — transform their bodies and mindset, both virtually and in person. I’ve run online challenges, from planks to squats, and built a community of women who remind each other daily that fitness isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress.

I’ve lost weight, gained weight, toned, and rebuilt myself more than once. And that’s why I’m here: to walk alongside you through your own journey, to remind you that you are stronger than you think, and to help you feel confident, sexy, and inspired in your own skin again.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about fitness. It’s about thriving.
